BRING IMAGINATION TO LIFE: Makedo’s reusable cardboard construction TOOLSET, 12 to 24 makers aged 6+ or as young as 4 with adult guidance, can build anything they imagine.

CREATING IS SIMPLE: Punch a hole in the cardboard using the SAFE-SAW or MINI-TOOL, place a SCRU over the socket of the SCRU-DRIVER or MINI-TOOL, and with a few quick turns your cardboard creation will begin to form.

OPEN-ENDED PLAY: With the pride of independent making, Makedo creations then open the door to imaginative play where the child is protagonist in a hack-able world of their own making.

STEM STEAM LEARNING: The awesomeness of Makedo is that children learn by doing, creating, experimenting, failing and maybe succeeding but that's not essential. Ideal for collaborative creative environments such as classrooms, maker spaces, museums and of course homes.

IMPORTANT NOTES: PLEASE READ!

  • Please only reserve the amount of items needed for your students.
  • Items will be delivered and picked up by the BCIU delivery service and will be subject to their established delivery schedule and district building pickup and drop-off locations.
  • Items can be borrowed for a maximum of two weeks (extensions can be requested).
  • Please complete this reservation form AT LEAST one week prior to requesting date. We will do our best to honor request dates, but know this will be dependent on availability and staffing. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for requests that are submitted at the last minute.
  • Please note: There is a $40 BCIU delivery fee for materials delivery to non-public schools. Non-public teachers are welcome to pick up materials at BCIU Main Office for no cost.
