The STEAM Starter kit is a personal sized building set with 230 pieces to build several small towers, moving mechanical cranes and arms. The building set comes with 5 different precut straw sizes and 4 color-coded connectors organized in the box.

Different lengths & color-coded pieces – there are 4 types of connectors and 5 different cut straw lengths cut all color-coded making it easy to follow the activity instructions.

All materials are custom-made, durable, and reusable – finish building, disassemble, and begin a new project.

IMPORTANT NOTES: PLEASE READ!

  • Please only reserve the amount of items needed for your students.
  • Items will be delivered and picked up by the BCIU delivery service and will be subject to their established delivery schedule and district building pickup and drop-off locations.
  • Items can be borrowed for a maximum of two weeks (extensions can be requested).
  • Please complete this reservation form AT LEAST one week prior to requesting date. We will do our best to honor request dates, but know this will be dependent on availability and staffing. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for requests that are submitted at the last minute.
  • Please note: There is a $40 BCIU delivery fee for materials delivery to non-public schools. Non-public teachers are welcome to pick up materials at BCIU Main Office for no cost.
