To make a reservation, participants must complete a google form. Equipment can be borrowed for 4 weeks unless otherwise requested. Participants must indicate where equipment will be delivered and must follow the CSIU van mail schedule (linked on google form). Any questions can be directed to Kaitlyn Hock at khock@csiu.org
